1. Who this covers

These terms cover the CHES affiliate programme, the clipper programme and the refer-a-friend reward. You can hold more than one role with one login. “Ches” means the operator of ches-consistency-programme.com.

2. Affiliates

  • Affiliates apply and Ches approves or rejects each application, with or without a reason.
  • An approved affiliate earns a percentage of what a referred customer pays, excluding tax, on that customer’s first payment only (instalments and renewals do not earn commission): 25% to start, 30% from 10 buyers, 35% from 100 buyers. The tier is set by your lifetime referred buyers.
  • A visitor is attributed to the last partner link they clicked within 60 days where the visitor accepted cookies on the cookie bar; otherwise only for the visit in which they clicked it. A customer already attributed stays with that partner.
  • Commission is pending for 14 days, then approved. A refunded payment reverses its commission.
  • Purchases by you, by anyone using your email or card, or by made-up people do not earn commission.

3. Clippers

  • Clippers earn $1 per 1,000 approved organic views gained in a calendar month, plus a monthly bonus on that month’s approved views (highest tier only): 100,000 views +$50, 250,000 views +$150, 500,000 views +$400, 1,000,000 views +$1000.
  • Views count only after Ches approves them. A month is paid only if you send a month-end snapshot in its last 3 days.
  • Clipper rules: Ches’s content only on a dedicated clips account; organic views only; credit @chesgetsliquidated and mark paid promotion; no profit promises or signals; do not pretend to be Ches; your own partner link in the bio.
  • A clip that breaks a rule is rejected and its earnings are forfeited. Repeat or serious breaches can end your account.

4. Refer a friend

The reward is 10% of their first payment, up to $500 when your friend becomes a paying customer and their payment has cleared and has not been refunded for 14 days. Your friend must be a different person with a different email, name and card. Rewards are paid by hand.

5. Payouts

  • Payouts are monthly, requested in the first 5 days of the month for the month before. The minimum is $100 for affiliates and clippers; below it, the amount carries over.
  • Paid in cash by a direct Wise transfer. You add your Wise email in your dashboard. If you do not have Wise, you can sign up free through the link there. Crypto payouts may be added later.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. We keep your legal name and country for that.
  • Payout details are encrypted and used only to pay you.

6. Conduct

No income claims, no signals, no misleading statements about CHES, no spam, no bidding on the CHES name in paid search. You must disclose that your links are affiliate or paid links wherever the law or the platform requires it.

7. Ending and changes

Either side can end the arrangement at any time. Ches can suspend an account for a breach and withhold earnings from the breach. Terms may change; the version in force when you earn applies.
