Risk warning

Trading futures carries a high risk of loss and is not right for everyone. Futures are leveraged: a small move in price can mean a large loss, and you can lose some or all of the money you trade with, or more where the account allows it. On one NQ contract, a 50-point move is $1,000, up or down. Only trade money you can afford to lose.

Education only, not advice. CHES teaches one trading model, habits and process. Nothing on this site, in the Course, on calls, in Discord or on social media is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, an investment recommendation or a trade signal, and Ches never places trades or manages money for anyone. When Ches shares his plan for a trading day, it is his own plan for his own account, not a recommendation for yours, and he may hold positions in the markets he talks about. Ches is not authorised or registered as an investment adviser, broker or commodity trading advisor with any regulator in any country. Nothing here is an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity.

No promise of results. Nobody can promise you a profit, an income, a passed evaluation, a funded account or a payout, and CHES does not. Results shown by Ches or by students, including payouts and testimonials, are real but not typical, and they are not an indication of what you will achieve. Past results do not predict future results. Most traders lose money.

Prop firms. Evaluations cost money, have strict rules, and are often failed; many funded accounts are simulated, and payouts are paid by the firm under its own rules, not by CHES. Read each firm's own terms before you buy.

Examples, backtests and replays are hypothetical. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

Age. CHES is for adults. Plans are sold only to people aged 18 or over.

Refunds, cancelling and the 14-day right to withdraw

Monthly plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. The Course monthly is $49 for the first month, then $75 a month. Cancel any time in Manage billing in your Dashboard (or by email): you keep access to the end of the month you paid for, and no further payment is taken.

3, 6 and 12-month and Lifetime plans are paid once (or in the instalments shown at checkout) and never renew by themselves.

The 14-day right to withdraw (consumers in the EU and the UK). You can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to withdraw: use the withdrawal page (Withdraw from contract here, then Confirm withdrawal; you get a receipt by email), or email ches@ches-consistency-programme.com with the subject "Withdraw". You can use the model withdrawal form in the CHES Terms of Sale, but you do not have to. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 14 days, at no cost to you.

No plan on sale carries a refund linked to trading results (passing an evaluation, a payout or a profit).

Something not as described or not working? Tell us at ches@ches-consistency-programme.com. You keep every right the law gives you for digital content and services (having it put right, a price reduction, or a refund), whatever these pages say.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site, in the Course, in emails, in Discord and on Ches's social media are affiliate links or discount codes. If you sign up or buy through them, Ches may earn a commission or another reward, and you may get a discount. It never costs you more. Ches has a commercial relationship with each of these:

When a firm's banner, link or code appears on Ches's live streams or videos, or a giveaway offers a firm's accounts as prizes, that is a promotion of that firm. Ches trades on some of these firms himself; when he says a firm is his pick, that is his own opinion, and he is paid when you use his link or code. Links are marked "Affiliate link" on the site and #ad on social media. No plan, lesson or guarantee ever requires you to use them, and nothing about a firm here is a recommendation to buy an evaluation: check each firm's current price, rules and terms yourself.

Students and partners can also earn a reward for referring friends to CHES. Under the partner terms, anyone paid for a link must say so wherever the law or the platform requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

The site keeps a few small values in your browser. The ones marked Needed make the site work or give us anonymous, first-party statistics, so they do not need your consent. Everything marked Your OK only happens after you tap Accept on the cookie bar; tap No thanks and it never happens, and the site works the same.

Change your mind any time: (also in the footer of every page) shows the bar again; choosing No thanks stops the Meta Pixel on the next page. When you book a call, the Cal.com booking calendar and its own cookies load only on the booking pages. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Who receives what, and why, is in the Privacy notice.
