The steps

The hidden cost

Compare the rate, not only the fee

Banks often convert at a rate worse than the market rate, as well as charging a fee.

  • The exchange rate used against the mid-market rate on the same day.
  • Fixed and percentage fees, on both sides.
  • How long it takes to reach your account.
  • Your records: save every payout confirmation and conversion statement.

Payout rules differ by firm

The prop firm guide shows what to check: split, frequency, minimums, buffers, and what a payout does to your drawdown.

This page is general information, not tax, legal or financial advice. Rules differ by country and change: speak to a qualified adviser where you live.

Results not guaranteed. Not financial advice. Trading futures and CFDs carries a high risk of loss and is not right for everyone; only trade money you can afford to lose. A prop firm evaluation is a product you buy: passing it is not guaranteed and a funded account can be lost. Nothing here is a promise of payouts or income.
